Here, the competition is fierce to win one of the coveted awards. And this year was no exception, with everyone from development team to sales team vying for a chance at glory.
We were pleased to announce that the first edition of our Golden Pearl Award ceremony was a huge success. Our company’s top performers were recognized for their hard work and dedication, and everyone had a great time.
The second edition of our award ceremony was even better. Our top performers were once again recognized for their incredible work, and we had a lot of fun celebrating their achievements.

The Golden Pearl Award is KONZE’s highest honour, given to the employee who has made the most significant contribution over the past quarter. The awards are bestowed upon the teammates who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and commitment to their work. They are the ones who have made a significant impact on our company’s success.
The Golden Pearl (GP) Awards are bifurcated in a variety of categories, such as Best Customer Service Representative, Best Team Leader, Best Human Resource Executive, Top Salesperson, Best Developer, and Best Project Manager. Employees are nominated by their peers and managers, and then a panel of executives decides who the winners will be. The nominees are kept secret until the awards ceremony, so it’s always a surprise to see who wins.

The Golden Pearl Awards ceremony is a prestigious event that takes place every quarter in our company. It recognizes the employees who have made the biggest contributions to our achievements.
The Golden Pearl (GP) award ceremony, started in 2021, is held to reward employees who have gone above and beyond the call of duty. This can be anything from providing outstanding customer service to making a major update in our IT tools.
In the past few months, we had a lot to celebrate. Our company has seen tremendous growth; thanks to the hard work of our development, IT-admin, human resource, sales, digital marketing, management, and support departments. And hence, we were excited to honour the right teammate at the Golden Pearl Awards event.
First, the nominations are made by their peers and then the Golden Pearl Committee (GPC) comes up with the final list of contenders. This list is then put forward to senior management for approval. Once approved, the winners’ names are announced at the ceremony.
The Golden Pearl Awards are open to all employees of KONZE, and the winner is chosen based on their performance over the previous quarter. The nomination process is conducted by peers, and is therefore unbiased.
The ceremony is usually attended by KONZE’s senior management team and other distinguished guests, and it is an opportunity for us to publicly appreciate the achievements of our team members. The event featured keynote speeches from Dharmendra Patel, Founder, and Palak Shah, Chief Executive Officer. Not to forget the panel discussion with our innovative minds, Nilesh Gol, Chief Technical Officer, and Nagendra Bisht, Chief HR Officer, drew many eyes.

The Golden Pearl Award ceremony is our company’s most prestigious event. The first edition was held in May 2022, at the KONZE office, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. It was a huge success and then it became our tradition to reward our pearls every quarter.
The evening usually starts with a performance by our company’s jazz band. They play some of their best songs and get the crowd clapping along. Then it’s time for the awards to be handed out. There are so many amazing entries every time, it is hard to choose just a few pearls.
